Conditions applicable to all purchases made on our platform.

1 Purpose

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern all purchases made on the Xiro Store platform (hereinafter "the Platform"). Any order placed on the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms complement the Terms & Conditions of Use, which govern the general use of the Platform.

2 Products

The products offered on the Platform are described as accurately as possible. Product listings include descriptions, images, available variants (color, size, storage, etc.), and pricing. Despite our best efforts, minor discrepancies may exist between a product's images and its actual appearance.

Product availability is indicated in real time. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be promptly notified and offered a full refund as Wallet credit.

3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes (current tax rate: 20%). The Platform reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment. The standard shipping fee is €5 per order.

4 Order Process

Placing an order on the Platform follows these steps:

  1. Add products to your cart and choose variants if applicable.
  2. Review your cart, apply any promo code or Wallet balance, and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping information and select a payment method.
  4. Confirm and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order can be modified or cancelled only before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the return and refund policy applies.

5 Payment Methods

The Platform accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards processed securely via Stripe.
  • PayPal : Pay securely using your PayPal account.
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and Solana (SOL). Crypto payments require a transaction ID (TxID) for verification and are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The Platform does not store your payment card details.

6 Using Your Wallet Balance

During checkout, you can apply your available Wallet balance to reduce the total amount due. The Wallet discount is applied before the payment method is charged for the remaining amount.

If the Wallet balance covers the entire order total, no additional payment is required. Wallet credits applied to an order are refunded back to the Wallet in case of cancellation.

7 Promotional Codes

The Platform may offer promotional codes that provide discounts on orders. Promotional codes are subject to the following conditions:

  • Each promo code has specific validity dates and may expire.
  • Some codes may require a minimum order amount to be applied.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes (only one code per order).
  • Some promo codes may have a limited number of uses. The Platform reserves the right to deactivate any promo code at any time.

8 Shipping & Delivery

A flat shipping fee of €5 applies to all orders. Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status from your account under "My Orders".

In the event of a lost package, please contact our customer support. An investigation will be opened with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, a refund will be issued as Wallet credit.

9 Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact our customer support with your order number to initiate the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the description.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed as described in the Refunds section below.

10 Refunds

All refunds are issued as Wallet credit

In order to ensure fast and consistent processing, all refunds on our platform are credited to your digital Wallet rather than returned to the original payment method.

When a refund is approved, the following rules apply:

  • The product amount (excluding shipping costs) is credited to your Wallet balance.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product is received and validated.
  • If cashback was earned on the original order, the corresponding cashback amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance.
  • If a Wallet discount was applied to the original order, the Wallet credit used is restored to your Wallet.

The Wallet credit can be used immediately for future purchases on the Platform. This system allows for faster refund processing and ensures you can continue shopping without waiting for bank processing times.

11 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support. Once an order is cancelled, any payment made (including Wallet credits used) will be refunded to your Wallet balance.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may use the return procedure outlined above.

12 Warranty & Compliance

All products sold on the Platform must conform to the description provided on the product page. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a return and full refund as Wallet credit.

To report a non-conforming product, please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

13 Limitation of Liability

Xiro Store acts as an intermediary and makes every effort to ensure the quality of the products and services offered. However, the Platform's liability is limited to the total amount of the order in question.

The Platform shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions to telecommunications networks.

14 Disputes & Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer support to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. You may also seek resolution through an authorized consumer mediation service.
