1 Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the Xiro Store website (hereinafter "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
The Platform is an online marketplace offering a wide range of products. It also provides additional services including a digital wallet, a referral program, a trophy/achievement system, a premium subscription, and a customer messaging system.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether visitors, registered users, or subscribers.
3 Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Platform (placing orders, using the wallet, participating in the referral program, etc.), you must create a user account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information (name, email address, etc.).
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
- Verify your email address if prompted by the Platform.
- Optionally enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of your account.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts the proper functioning of the Platform. In the event of a ban, access to the wallet balance and associated benefits may be revoked.
4 Wallet / Digital Balance
The Platform offers a digital wallet (hereinafter "Wallet") that allows users to accumulate credits and use them for purchases. The Wallet operates as follows:
- Standard users earn a cashback of €1 for every €15 spent on the Platform.
- Premium subscribers earn a boosted cashback of €2.50 for every €15 spent.
- The Wallet balance can be applied as a discount during checkout.
- In the event of a return or order cancellation, the refund is credited to the Wallet as platform credit.
The Wallet balance is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used for purchases on the Platform. In case of account suspension, the Wallet balance may be forfeited.
5 Referral Program
The Platform offers a referral program that allows users to earn rewards by inviting new customers. The referral program operates as follows:
- Each registered user receives a unique referral code that can be shared with friends and family.
- When a referred person creates an account and places their first order using the referral code, the referrer earns a commission.
- Referral commissions are credited to the referrer's Wallet as platform credit.
- Any attempt at fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the referral system may result in the cancellation of earned commissions and account suspension.
6 Trophy & Achievement System
The Platform features a gamification system based on trophies and achievements. Users can earn trophies by reaching various milestones (number of orders, total spending, referrals, etc.). Some trophies offer rewards such as Wallet credits or promotional codes.
Trophies and their associated rewards are subject to change at the discretion of the Platform. Earned trophies remain linked to the user account but rewards must be claimed and are non-transferable.
7 Premium Subscription
The Platform offers a premium monthly subscription that provides exclusive benefits:
- Boosted cashback on every purchase (€2.50 per €15 instead of €1).
- Access to exclusive subscriber pricing on select products.
- Priority access to new features and promotions.
The subscription is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining period.
8 Reviews & Ratings
Users who have purchased a product may leave a review and a rating (1 to 5 stars). Reviews must be honest, respectful, and related to the product. Any review containing offensive language, spam, false information, or content unrelated to the product may be moderated or removed.
The Platform reserves the right to moderate, edit, or delete reviews that violate these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in a restriction on the ability to post reviews.
9 Messaging System
The Platform provides a messaging system that enables communication between users and customer support. This system is intended exclusively for inquiries related to orders, products, and platform services.
Any misuse of the messaging system (spam, harassment, commercial solicitation, etc.) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the Xiro Store Platform — including but not limited to texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, software, and design — is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of this content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11 Personal Data & Privacy
The Platform collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The types of data collected include:
- Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted), phone number.
- Transaction data: order history, payment information (processed securely by Stripe/PayPal), Wallet activity.
- Usage data: browsing activity, preferences, language settings, chosen theme.
- Security data: Two-Factor Authentication records, login logs, IP addresses.
The Platform uses cookies and may integrate third-party services (Google Analytics, Stripe, PayPal) for analytics and payment processing. You have the right to access, modify, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
12 Limitation of Liability
Xiro Store strives to ensure the accuracy of product information and the proper functioning of the Platform. However, the Platform cannot be held liable for:
Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance or technical issues; minor discrepancies in product descriptions, images, or pricing; damages arising from unauthorized access to a user's account; losses related to cryptocurrency transactions, which are inherently irreversible.
13 Modifications to Terms
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made.
Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
